Five unit commercial condo complex. Oversee property maintenance, quarterly assessments, service provider bill paying, and preparation of financials. Oversight of major capital improvements including roof, painting, and signage. Hurricane preparedness.

Multi Complex Mainland Condominium, Vero Beach, FL

Major capital improvement project oversight for 5 buildings and clubhouse of a condominium complex with an on-site property manager, multiple buildings, clubhouse, and pool. The project scope included landscaping, pond, and residential improvement projects. Assessment implementation, collection and distribution.

Luxury Beachside Townhomes, Vero Beach, FL

Formerly self-managed luxury five-unit beachside townhouses. Former board president spending in excess of twenty hours a month handling the property oversight and treasury responsibilities. OIMG proposed an efficient and cost-effective solution to alleviate the day-to-day responsibilities of owners and administrative tasks as well as provide a property manager to visit the community weekly to ensure the integrity of the property.
